Roxanne’s favorite family Christmas Recipe
French Toast Casserole
1/2 cup butter or margarine
12 slices white bread
1 cup brown sugar (*You may wish to reduce the amount of sugar used to 2/3 cup.)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5-6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
Directions
Melt margarine in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Break up 6 slices of bread in bottom of pan.
In a bowl mix 1 cup brown sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon.
Sprinkle 1/2 of this sugar mixture over bread.
Add another layer of 6 broken up slices of bread.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk until well blended.
Pour over bread layers.
Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake covered at 350F 30 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes or until set and browned.
Serve with Syrup

Finding the Lia Sophia "Perfect Pair" {Q} pierced earings in my stocking this Christmas would be a pleasant surprise!
The recipe for the Chocolate Bon Bon Kisses is definitely one I'll have to try making this Holiday Season — although I'll admit I'll probably end up eating most of them myself. Yumm!
Bon Bon Kisses1 package Semisweet Chocolate Chips1/4 cup butter14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk2 cups flour1 teaspoon vanilla30 Milk Chocolate Candy Kisses30 Chocolate Striped Candy Kisses, 2 Ounces White Chocolate ChipsPreheat oven to 350'. In medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and butter; cook and stir over very low heat until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk; mix well. Combine flour, chocolate mixture and vanilla; mix well. Shape 1 tablespoonful of dough around each candy kiss, covering completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350'F for 6 to 8 minutes. Don’t overbake! Remove from cookie sheets and let cool. Melt White chocolate chips in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat until smooth and creamy. Drizzle over cookies with a fork. Store in covered container.
