How long have you been in business? How long have you been a Christian & share a little about your faith: I have been a Christian since age 7 when I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior.  I currently attend a Grace International Church based in my home town.  I sing on the worship team with my daughter, my son who is a drummer and my husband who plays bass as well as being a mentor for the girls in our AWAKEN Youth ministries.  In addition to my wonderful husband,  I have two amazing children, ages 13 and 16 who are also committed to Christ.  I have a personal goal of living life as Christ did–to let the love of God show through my works, not my lips.

How has your faith in God inspired and helped grow your business? Going into business for myself was way out of my comfort zone in the beginning because of challenges and limitations placed on me by my past.  Knowing and putting into practice “I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me” and that “His grace is new every morning” I have been able to address issues and personally grow in all areas of my life, not just my business but also my faith and my relationships with others. Whatever I do, I do for His glory.

What Advice can you give to other moms thinking about starting their own business? My best advice is to find your “Why”–my “Why” is that I want more time to spend with my family.  This is what drives me-find your passion and then write goals and action steps on how to achieve those goals.
