I asked Jeanne what her plans were for Valentine’s Day and this is what she said:For Valentines Day our Church has a “Couples Dinner” for Valentines Day- Great Food, great company and I’m planning on bringing a decadent desert–and plenty of Cheat so that we can keep our girlish figures 
Death by Chocolate Truffle
- 1 box devil’s food cake mix, with Pudding in the mix
- 1 box of instant chocolate pudding
- 1 box of instant vanilla pudding
- 1 package Skor Toffee Bits for Baking
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- Pecans, for garnish
- Cherries, for garnish
Bake cake according to directions. Prepare puddings in layers in glass bowl (for color).
First layer: Crumble cake.
Second layer: Chocolate pudding.
Third layer: Vanilla pudding.
Fourth layer: Cool Whip.
Fifth layer: Sprinkle with Skor toffee bits.
Repeat layers. Finish with Cool whip and garnish with toffee bits, pecans, cherries.
Serves 12.

Hi Lauren, wasn’t sure which product you were referring to however CHEAT is a natural fiber product and has no pharmaceuticals, caffeine or stimulants–it is safe to use while breastfeeding and no warning on the label like with the appetite suppressants I’ve seen.
If you were refering to the Global Blend, again, it is all natural juices so if you are ok to drink juice, then you are ok with Global Blend. Again, I looked at the label and there is no warning.
