Have you heard of Barefoot Books? It is my great pleasure to introduce you to Amy Moore. I’ll share a little of my recent interview with Amy:

Tell us about yourself: I have 2 children, my husband is a commercial pilot so he’s gone a lot, I’m the infant/preschool coordinator at my church, I like to read, love to play with my kids

 Give us a description of your company: Barefoot Books is an independent publisher of children’s books. They are beautifully illustrated. The stories are diverse with many different cultures and countries represented. All the books are fun, and my children love them.

How has your faith in God inspired and helped grow your business? My husbands income is variable, and it has been on the low side for several months. Rather than put my children in daycare, I decided to go with my passion and sell children’s books because I feel that God wants me at home with the kids right now.

What are the start up costs and required purchase to stay active with Barefoot Books?  $0 to start, although you probably want to at least buy some stock for demonstration purposes. $0 to stay active, you just have to login to your account at least once every 6 months
