Yummy Breakfast Recipes are my post for the day! Hope you love them! Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Pizza
1 9-inch refrigerated pie crust
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
12 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon parsley
Roll pastry to fit a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust. Beat eggs, sour cream and parsley until smooth. Pour over pizza. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pizza is puffy and golden brown.
Strawberry Cream Cheese Crepes
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
Strawberry preserves
Cream Cheese
In a blender, mix all ingredients except jelly and cream cheese. Heat butter in small frying pan. Pour 1/4 of batter into pan. Flip when edges are brown. Recipe makes 4 crepes. Fill each crepe with 1 teaspoon of preserves and 2 teaspoons cream cheese. Roll and serve.
