Weekly Recipes for Busy Moms

Today I’d like to share some of my favorite Lunch Recipes! Super fast and delicious! Enjoy!!

Grape Chicken Salad

2-5 ounce cans chicken breast, drained
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
6-8 red seedless grapes, cut in half
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Mix all ingredients together and serve on lettuce or toast.

Turkey Avocado Roll Up

1 whole wheat flour tortilla
1 tablespoon light mayo
3 slices deli shaved turkey breast
1 slice mozzarella cheese
3 thin slices cucumber
3 slices avocado

Spread mayo on tortilla (sprinkle with a pinch of oregano, if desired!) Layer with turkey breast, cheese, cucumber and avocado slices. Roll it up and slice in half.
