We love taking our RV to the mountains. Dad and boys do Karate together. All four of us read and go to the gym together.
Give us a description of your company: Thirty-One is named for Proverbs 31. It is a woman owned and operated company with Christian values. We offer adorable bags, totes, baskets, purses, back packs, thermal lunch bags, weekender totes, organizing totes…too many to name!
How long have you been in business? 4 months
How long have you been a Christian & share a little about your faith: My husband and I both grew up involved in church. He was raised Catholic, and I was Presbyterian. Since we married, we became Lutherans! We are extremely involved in Family of Christ Lutheran Church. Greg is on Council and is the Treasurer. I led the Women’s Service organization for 2 years and will be taking on the 4th graders as a Sunday School teacher in September. I love the Beth Moore bible studies with the ladies of my congregation. We begin the new Revelations study in September. I am proud to say that our boys have known the words to The Lord’s Prayer and The Apostle’s Creed since they were 3 years old.
How has your faith in God inspired and helped grow your business? I absolutely love to tell people that Thirty-One GIfts is named for Proverbs 31. I love to see their faces light up when they immediately recognize the significance of the bible verse and how it relates to women. For those that aren’t familiar, I look at it as an opportunity to minister the Lord’s word.
