As a busy mom there’s nothing better than a quick and easy meal that is also nutrious to serve to your family!
Quick Chicken Quesadillas
1 flour tortilla
1 slice of American Cheese
1/2 of a 5 ounce can of chunk chicken
1 Tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
1 teaspoon sliced green onion
Top tortilla with chicken, vegetables and cheese. Fold in half. Microwave on high for 15 to 20 seconds or until cheese is melted.
Quick Beef Skillet
1 pound ground beef
1-10 ounce can mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
1-8 ounce can sliced carrots, drained
Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve with rice.
