1. Analyze your daily schedule. Cut out 5 things that are unnecessary.
2. Ask for help from a trusted friend or collegue that can offer advice or take over something that you need done but that you don’t have the time, skills or resources to do yourself.
3. Begin developing your leadership skills. Subsribe to John Maxwell’s daily video on leadership and/or pick up one of his books from the store or library.
4. Begin reading 1 Proverb every day.
5. Do you have a Facebook Fan page for your business yet? If not–create one today. If you do, develop a plan to improve your status updates and add more fans.
6. Do the same for your Twitter account. Find some resources to make your Twitter account much more valuable here.
7. Give yourself a “Power Hour” today. Carve out 1 hour of time to tackle the most important and income-generating items on your agenda. Make sure you have a list created before you start the hour and don’t waste any time. Set the timer and get as much done as you can.
8. Do you have a clear vision and goals for your business? If not, write them out.
9. Make 5 phone calls today to potential clients.
10. Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. Proverbs 16:3 NIV

MariLee – I love this. Sometimes we just need the “simple” reminders spelled out for us. However, if I follow #1, facebook would have to go! ;o)

Keep facebook, but maybe focus more on your business fan page instead of the social friend interaction!
